iPhone 2.1 Software Update
Apple’s iPhone 2.1 software update is available to download. It promises to:
- Improve 3G signal strength display
- Improve battery life
- Reduce call set-up failures
- Improve text message ‘performance’
- Increase email download reliability
- Fix lots of bugs that cause crashes
- Increase the speed of backing-up the iPhone and syncing contacts
- Use the new iTunes 8.0 Genius playlist creation software
Hmm, fingers crossed it keeps Apple from being sued by more customers in the US!
