The Vodafone 830 is good value budget phone with a nice camera. There aren't too many 3.2 megapixel camera phones out there which you can buy for £60.
On the negative side the styling is a bit uninspiring and dull, unlike the funky, cheaper Vodafone 533 and 527.
If you want a cheap but good quality camera phone the 830 could be the mobile for you.
