IF ONLY IT WOULD DO WHAT IT SAYS ON THE TIN

The one thing that is wrong with this phone is the one thing which should surely be non-negotiable with a mobile phone - you can't hear your callers speaking to you if you are on the DLR or on a busy London street with traffic noise. All I want is a phone which I can use in central London and to be able to hear the person trying to call me - if you're the same then don't buy this phone - even on speaker phone you can't necessarily hear and for business use - that is no use!

To continue my rant - this is the one thing no-one seems bothered about, except me! It's not something you get the opportunity to test in the shop and reviewers rarely mention it - but it's the only reason most people have a phone, so that they conduct a meaningful conversation by telephone when they are out and about - ie on a busy street or on a noisy DLR train!!
